About Charisse

Charisse Walker is founder and CEO of Chalker Properties, L.L.C. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2015, but in the real estate industry since 1999.

When Charisse left the education industry, she followed her true passion: Real Estate. She loves working with buyers and sellers and creates long-term relationships because of the excellent customer service she provides. As a result, her clients often refer her to friends and family. She understands how stressful it can be to sell, to ease the process she offers three options to sellers when selling their home. 

Her success has helped her clients obtain almost 30 offers on their home with as much as $90,000 over original list price. She works hard to ensure the home is presented well, markets to the masses, and sells successfully. 

Her ultimate goal is to help her clients and community. She is her clients’ “resource for life” as many clients call her for connections from mechanics to attorneys to contractors.  

As a 30-year resident of Utah, she lives in Salt Lake County and is a wife and mother to six wonderful children. She loves being with her family, traveling, sports, music, and volunteering in her community. 

In her past life, Charisse became a college teacher at 22, and was promoted to Dean and then Director at 30. She assisted in opening two colleges in Davis and Utah counties, and opened one in Salt Lake county by herself. She loves education and has proudly helped over 5,500 Wasatch Front students earn their college diplomas and degrees. She was instrumental in obtaining nursing and veterinary technician accreditation, adding bachelor programs to a diploma school, and more than doubling college enrollment. From her experience, she knows how to negotiate, work with various people, and help people be successful during stressful times.
